The techniques of meditation can be learned and yet, in spite of our knowledge and understanding, we may sometimes find our meditation practice to be lifeless and uninspiring. In this session, Venerable Constance Miller provides an opportunity for meditation practitioners of all levels and disciplines to explore their experiences in greater depth, to engage in discussion, and to take part in a lively debate with the aim of producing a more joyous enthusiasm for their daily meditation practice.
